Gregg Curwin, Founder
Gregg Curwin is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of diverse industry experience, spanning medical devices, biologics, consumer packaged goods, and ag-tech. He founded TruLeaf Sustainable Agriculture, a pioneering indoor-vertical farming company, and GoodLeaf Farms, known for its branded packaged lettuce. Gregg is also the Co-Founder, CEO, and Board Chair of Novagevity, an award-winning medical nutrition company.
With a background in business from Saint Mary's University, where he served as Entrepreneur in Residence, Gregg is deeply committed to innovation in agriculture and health. Through his new venture, Petite Riviere Farming Company, Gregg aims to advance world-leading research and scale in food, ag-tech, and health, focusing on rural communities.

Gary Ramey, President
Gary is a seasoned educator with 32 years of experience at various levels, including junior high, high school, community college, and university. He has also served in educational administration and as a former member of the Nova Scotia Legislative Assembly.
Currently, Gary is the president of the province's X MLA's Association and works as a mediator/arbitrator with Mediation Arbitration Group Inc. Also, he is a musician, a member of SOCAN, and has experience in the film industry. Gary holds BA and BEd degrees from Mount Allison University, an MA from Mt. St. Vincent University, and a PhD

Gabrielle Perlat, Farm Manager
Gabrielle has a Biology and Agronomy Degree and has been involved in agriculture since graduating. In France, she worked in various farm settings, including orchards, vineyards, and horticulture and taught Biology at an adult agricultural school.
In Canada, she focused on the wine industry in BC's Okanagan, working in supervisory and irrigation roles. After running her own viticulture services company with her husband in Kelowna for 5 years, she worked as Head of Operations at a cidery and a winery in Nova Scotia.

Christian Perlat, Farm Supervisor
With 20+ years of experience in agriculture and viticulture and a diploma in Mixed farming and breeding, Christian won medals in winemaking competitions and has been recognized in best farming practices.
Christian worked in various agriculture settings, including vineyards, orchards, horticultures and greenhouse growing, in France, British Columbia and Nova Scotia. In British Columbia he co-owned a 100+ acre vineyard management company and was vineyard manager, wine-maker and cider-maker for 7 years in Nova Scotia.
